Through various printmaking processes, my work continues to explore ideas of place. Map imagery as well as aerial and satellite photography have influenced my monotypes, which all refer to specific places and my relationship to those places from interchanges on the highway I traverse everyday to places I've lived. The largest piece in this exhibition, Blue States, is a series of 365 monoprints that explores my new relationship to our country.
